All embossing presses manufactured by us are CE-certified and can be operated on conventional 230V electrical currents. They are equipped with a maintenance-free hydraulic power unit which is connected as a separate unit and works with a two-stage pump that runs extremely quietly. Additional noise insulation for the hydraulics and storage shelves with space for embossing tools and license plate blanks are available as an option.
35t embossing press
Our standard 35 ton embossing press is ideal for finishing single and double line license plates. It performs at an embossing speed of up to 240 pieces per hour in continuous mode.
50t embossing press
In combination with our counter embossing tool our 50t embossing press is ideally suited to precisely implement even filigree characters and embossing edges. We offer this 50t press with two different embossing depths.
80t embossing press
Our 80t embossing press is the classic among the embossing presses. With an embossing surface of 600 x 300 mm it offers lots of scope for individualized designs.
